WASHINGTON & NEW YORK (April 30, 2024)Pearl Health and Chamber have partnered to transform cardiology care for Traditional Medicare patients, enhancing both outcomes and quality of care.

Combining Pearl Health's expertise in physician enablement technology and risk bearing in value-based care with Chamber's leading technology and care model tailored for cardiologists, this collaboration provides comprehensive support to primary care physicians and cardiologists alike. By leveraging Pearl's ACO, Chamber's network cardiologists can seamlessly assume risk for patients, ensuring a streamlined transition to value-based care.

“With this partnership, Chamber is now able to provide more specialized cardiology care to Pearl patients, supporting Pearl’s commitment to providing whole-patient care. Partnerships like this one are crucial to our mission of making high-quality cardiology care more accessible,”  said Chamber Co-Founder and CEO George M. Aloth.

This partnership not only builds upon Chamber's vision of comprehensive cardiology services, but also underscores Pearl Health's dedication to helping primary care organizations deliver more proactive care. By connecting Pearl’s ACO with high-performing cardiologists, the collaboration improves access, fosters communication, and ultimately enhances the patient experience.

“We’re excited to be partnering with Chamber to bring outcome-driven, evidence-based cardiology care aligned with value to the Pearl Community,” said Steven Duque, Chief Growth Officer at Pearl Health. “Making connections with mission-driven partners like Chamber is so important as more providers choose to make the transition to value-based care.”

Having secured over $9 million in funding and established a robust network of cardiologists, Chamber is currently operational in the Mid-Atlantic region with plans for expansion into new markets nationwide.

Pearl partnered with more than 1,600 PCPs across the US in 43 states in 2023, further expanding its network to include health systems, clinically integrated networks (CINs), independent physician associations (IPAs), accountable care organizations (ACOs), large group practices, and small private practices. Pearl continues to build a growing network of specialist partnerships with aligned partners like Chamber to help improve the care that these organizations provide for their patients.
